Principle

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website and our services. Data is passed on to third parties only where we are legally obliged to do so or where you have given your consent.

Hosting and server log files

This website runs on a server located in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH, Gunzenhausen). Each page request is recorded in log files with technically necessary data: shortened IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer, browser type and operating system.

The legal basis is article 6 paragraph 1 letter f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and trouble free operation of the website. Log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.

Cookies and local storage

We only use technically necessary cookies, for example for the selected language and for your consent to external content. These cookies do not require consent (section 25 paragraph 2 TDDDG).

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Details can be found in our cookie policy.

External content (Google Maps)

The map on this website is loaded only after you have given your explicit consent. Before that only a placeholder is shown and no connection to Google is established.

With your consent (article 6 paragraph 1 letter a GDPR) your IP address and information about your device are transmitted to Google Ireland Limited. A transfer to the United States cannot be excluded. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the cookies of this website.

AI Assistant

An assistant on the home page answers questions about our company. Your input is transmitted to a language model service (Google Ireland Limited, Gemini model) in order to generate the answer.

Please do not enter personal or confidential data there. We do not store the conversation permanently; the history stays in your browser. The legal basis is article 6 paragraph 1 letter f GDPR (answering enquiries). To prevent misuse the number of requests per IP address is counted for a short period.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email or telephone we process your details to handle your enquiry and for possible follow up questions (article 6 paragraph 1 letters b and f GDPR). We delete this data as soon as it is no longer required, at the latest after statutory retention periods have expired.

Processors and recipients

For hosting and the operation of the website we work with carefully selected service providers with whom data processing agreements according to article 28 GDPR are in place. The service providers do not use your data for their own purposes.

Storage period

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as long as statutory retention obligations exist (usually six to ten years for business records).

Your rights in detail

You have the right of access (article 15), rectification (article 16), erasure (article 17), restriction of processing (article 18), data portability (article 20) and objection to processing (article 21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

Security

This website is delivered exclusively over encrypted HTTPS. We take technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access and adapt them to the state of the art.

This privacy policy was last updated in September 2026. We adapt it whenever our services or the legal situation change.
