Smart Leap is an education, research and consultancy company in Düsseldorf. We design inclusive training, build learning platforms and work as a partner in EU projects, guided by quality, diversity and long-term partnerships.

DiverseVET
Smart Leap leads the German national Centre of Vocational Excellence for Diversity.
DiverseVET sets up five national centres, in Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece and Lithuania, that bring diversity, equity and inclusion into vocational education and into SMEs in the green and digital sectors. The centres develop modular curricula from EQF level 3 to 7 and new training pathways for roles such as diversity auditor and DEI manager.

Inclusive training programmes, trainer development and mentoring for vocational schools, chambers, companies and civil society.

404_Hatred_Not Found: Empowering Youth to Challenge Hatred Online and Offline
404_Hatred addresses online and offline hate speech and hate-motivated violence through a youth-led framework that combines prevention, intervention and resilience building.
CreAI
CreAI helps entrepreneurs and startup workers integrate artificial intelligence into daily business operations and strengthens the capacity of VET trainers to facilitate AI-focused learning.
FAMVERSITY
Family based diversity learning: Empowering Parents in Navigating Diversity Dialogues with Children
FAMVERSITY empowers parents as key facilitators of diversity dialogue within families and equips adult educators to support intergenerational, family-based learning.
