Smart Leap Education Research Consultancy GmbH is based in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, and works with partners across Europe.

From a freelance network to a reliable partner

Smart Leap Education Research Consultancy GmbH has grown from a network of freelance experts into a reliable partner for organisations in civil society, academia, private companies, chambers and municipalities.

We are guided by five core principles: quality, long-term customer satisfaction, gender equality, environmental sustainability, and diversity and inclusion. On this basis we deliver rights-based, gender-sensitive, sustainable and affordable solutions that respond to what our partners need.

Impact through partnerships

Combining academic knowledge with professional experience, the Smart Leap team has supported partners in securing funding from the European Union, the United Nations and international organisations. This support has contributed to social cohesion, educational integration and employment opportunities for vulnerable groups.

Our work has also addressed societal challenges such as child and early marriage, violence against women, poverty and the adaptation of local communities to climate change.
