Service area
EU projects and project consultancy
We develop and implement projects that address social, cultural, developmental and environmental challenges, as a member of the consortium and as a consultant.
01Project consultancy
From the first idea to the final report
Smart Leap offers project development, implementation and consultancy for EU-funded projects, UN projects, projects of international organisations and applications to national funders.
Our services include proposal development, support for funding applications, partnership building with local and international organisations, monitoring and evaluation reporting, and knowledge sharing and dissemination of good practice.
02Roles in consortia
The roles we take on in EU projects
Coordination
We coordinate FAMVERSITY, an adult education partnership with five countries.
Lead of a national centre
In DiverseVET we lead the German national Centre of Vocational Excellence for Diversity.
Work package lead
We lead testing and validation in CreAI and co-lead professional capacity building in 404_Hatred.
Partner
As a partner we contribute research, training, piloting, learning platforms, quality assurance and dissemination.
03Procurement
Tender consultancy
Our tender consultancy helps businesses and organisations develop competitive and compliant bids for contracts and projects offered by national and international organisations and by civil society.
We help you understand the tender, plan the response, structure the technical offer and check the bid against the requirements before it is submitted.
04Programmes
Programmes our team has worked in
Our team has supported organisations in projects funded through Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, Interreg, CERV, EU external action, the Facility for Refugees in Türkiye, UNDP and UN Women, as well as civil society support mechanisms.
Projects that we developed or implemented on behalf of other organisations belong to them and are not listed on this website.
