What we do

Digital learning and LMS

Online academies that teach by doing

Smart Leap builds learning platforms for EU-funded projects. Each course gets the activities its topic needs, in the partner languages, on pages that load fast on a phone, with the progress data your final report asks for.

01Our approach

Beyond text, lesson and quiz

Reading a page and ticking an answer rarely builds a skill. For each course we design the activity the topic needs and build it when it does not exist yet: simulations, decision scenarios, sorting and matching tasks, what-if calculators, text exercises and short videos. New tools stay in the platform, ready for the next project.

The curriculum stays as the partners wrote it. Modules, sessions and learning outcomes become sections and lessons in the same order, and every module is reviewed by the partner who wrote it.

02Live platforms

Platforms from our own projects

Three platforms from Erasmus+ projects in which Smart Leap is a partner. Visit them to see how they work.

    SMILE · Erasmus+ KA220-YOU

    SMILE learning platform

Free online training for young migrants and refugees preparing for their first job in Europe: short modules on soft skills, with practice situations, points and a certificate.

    • Seven soft skills modules
    • Practice situations, points and badges
    • Certificate on completion

  • Screenshot: UNWIND Code Lab

    UNWIND · Erasmus+ KA220-ADU

    UNWIND Code Lab

A free module for women who are new to coding: learners write real HTML, CSS and JavaScript in the browser and see the result at once, in short lessons on the phone or computer.

    • Code editor in the browser, nothing to install
    • Code exercises with instant feedback

    UNWIND Online EXPO

A virtual fair where young women web developers meet employers, mentors and the ICT sector, with a 3D exhibition hall, a programme of sessions and networking.

03Proof and compliance

What coordinators, National Agencies and auditors ask for

  • Certificates anyone can check

Issued on completion with a unique code and a QR code that anyone can verify online.

  • EU visibility

Certificate layouts that follow the EU emblem rules for EU-funded programmes.

  • Progress you can report

Course status, learners, quiz results and a learner-by-lesson map, exported to Excel or CSV.

  • Figures for the final report

Optional cookieless statistics and demographic questions; groups under five people are hidden.

  • Data protection without trackers

Hosted in an ISO/IEC 27001-certified data centre in Germany, without third-party trackers or advertising.

  • Roles for the whole partnership

Learners, trainers and platform managers, each with the rights they need.

04How we work

In the language of your work plan

An example for a Cooperation Partnership of 24 months.

  1. Needs analysis, month 1 to 3

We read your application and agree with each partner who the learners are, which languages they need and which devices they use.

  2. Set-up and course design, month 2 to 6

The platform opens in your project's identity, and each curriculum module is mapped to lessons, activities and a quiz.

  3. Content and translation, month 5 to 16

Lessons, activities and quizzes are built from the partners' material and moved into the partner languages.

  4. Pilot, reporting and handover, month 14 to 24

Partners run the courses with real learners; we follow the data, fix what the pilot shows and plan how the platform stays available after the grant.

05Software and AI

Software and AI solutions

Smart Leap uses artificial intelligence and software development to support digital transformation and efficiency in organisations. We provide AI-powered solutions, custom software development, data analytics and machine learning applications that help businesses and institutions improve decision-making, streamline workflows and introduce smart automation.

In EU projects this includes validating AI-focused learning materials, as in CreAI, and digital tools that support training, outreach and evaluation.

06Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can the platform stay online after the project ends?

Yes. We plan hosting and handover with the consortium from the start, so that results stay available for the period your funder requires.

In which languages can courses run?

In all partner languages. Each course, lesson, quiz and activity is written per language, and learners switch in one tap. Arabic and other right-to-left languages are supported.

Where is the data stored?

On servers in an ISO/IEC 27001-certified data centre in Germany. There are no third-party trackers or advertising, and visit statistics store no IP addresses.

Can you work with the materials our partners already have?

Yes. Courses start from the partners' curricula and materials, and the partner who wrote a module reviews it before it goes live.

What do we get for the final report?

Exports of learner progress and certificates and, if you choose, anonymous demographic figures, in Excel or CSV.
