About the project
SMILE enhances the employability and labour market integration of young migrants and promotes social inclusion and diversity. Expected results include better employability through soft skills development, personalised mentoring and coaching, more inclusive and diverse workplaces, stronger partnerships among organisations and staff better equipped to deliver curricula and training.
What Smart Leap contributes
Smart Leap is the partner responsible for the project's online platforms, including the SMILE learning platform, where young migrants and refugees aged 18 to 30 take short soft skills modules in the partner languages.
