UNWIND
Exploiting the Untapped Potential of Young Adult Low-Skilled Women in the Digital Economy and Coding
About the project
UNWIND promotes the inclusion and well-being of low-skilled young adult women by creating sustainable pathways to employment through skills development, self-employment mentoring and outreach. It strengthens ICT competences, particularly coding and web development, and offers targeted business mentoring for women aged 18 to 35 in Türkiye, Greece, Germany and the EU.
What Smart Leap contributes
Smart Leap is a co-applicant and provides the project's online learning: the UNWIND Code Lab, a browser-based coding module, and the UNWIND Online EXPO, a virtual fair that connects young women web developers with employers and mentors.
